Use Choker..
You can pick the site you want your teen traffic from and there is some great ones in his list. Never seen any better then his. Ever.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

It links to a broker that I have bought latina traffic from. That was quite productive. I don't think I've ever bought teen traffic from that source before though.Comment
