The problem is the birth rate in Western countries is falling rapidly.
The immigration policy it to keep the malls full of people, buying goods from China, who is lending the UIS money hand over fist, so as not to close the factories that are polluting the world faster than the world can cope.
Which is why I doubt our esteemed rulers will do anything but buy stocks in companies like JC Penny, Tesco and Ralphs, and companies that specialise in building retail outlets.
