Well, like I said, I did a Google search for the sherriff's name, and his page did not come up.
So I asked him what the charges were, and he said it was a probabtion violation because he refused to go to court without his attorney. I highly doubt that he violated his parole by showing up with an attorney, more likely, he did not show up in court because his attorney was not able to show up on the date scheduled. If he had an attorney he could have easily gotten a continuance, but to pull a David Lace and just not show up is a sure fire way to get your tit in a wringer.

If you must know, my lawyer wrote the judge, the judge said it would be fine to postpone the court date, the sherrif went to another judge and took a warrent out on me anyway because he was upset at me for excercising me freedom of speech, the came to ATL, drug me out to the middle of nowhere, and it took a month to get a hearing to get this crap straightened out...wew - OK?
