first she said the rape was bullshit, then she said the guys were guilty, now she say's she will just tell what she saw and let a jury decide...which means that she at least thinks it should go to trial.
But hey, if you're still stuck on the initial reports, which usually are lacking in the whole story, then go a head and believe that.

I just think it's really convenient for a guy she accused to go to am ATM with a camera on it near the time the event happened. Noone on the sceen had a stop watch and was timing what went down so a time stamp on a ATM reciept don't prove much dude; there is no exect time that it happened.

He made 9 cell phone calls within five minutes near that time?
Sounds like a panic calls to me to get the fuck off the sceen.
Did he call nine friends that weren't at the party to tell them he was going home alone? I doubt it. More like he was trying to get a friend to pick him up and then use that friend as an alibi. Good thing for his friends that noone would show up.
