I have not been too active on these forums for lack of a better term ;). I post actively on AWI. However I wish to sell a network of sites which i have developed from scratch due to financial problems.
I would say these fall under the "freesite" category. To give a description, each site has it's own domain, and consists of anywhere from 20 - 100+ pages of content. I'd say most of the sites average 40 - 60 total pages. The content ranges from hardcore, fetish, etc.
Here's what's for sale:
- 50 Developed Free Sites, the sites range in age. Half of the sites are about 2 years old, the other half almost a year.
- 10 Undeveloped SEO targeted domains.
These sites do receive only SE traffic, there are no advertising costs. I'd estimate 50% of the domains are in the top 100 search results in google for the terms the sites were designed. A handful of about 5 range in the top 10 in google and yahoo. I'm not sure i have not run any reports for a few months.
Current revenue for the network is a steady $500 per month. I've calculated this by totaling all sales from affiliates from 1/1/05 until today 6/24/05 and dividing by 6. I've done relatively nothing to these sites in the past 6 months. This network was making over $1k when i was actively promoting the sites, building link pop, etc. The revenue comes from three pay per signup affiliates. Revenue could increase of course by changing affiliates, changing to revsharing etc.
Most of the sites when developed were keyword targeted, all sites are receiving traffic. As to how much the sites are on different servers, half of the network does not have a stats program installed.
Operating costs $89/mo for a dedicated server. These sites can easily be combined onto one server.
The sponsors for the sites are:
- Nastydollars
- Topbucks
- SweetMoney - Used on about 4 or 5 sites tops.

You can see how the sites are organized etc. Most of the sites are organized and laid out in a very similar fashion
With a little promotion to these sites they could easily bring back at least $1k per month.
