Really good game. The teams are so even. It will come to who can make the plays in the 4th quarter. This is where Manning will either choke or hopefully at this point, overcome the odds.
bullshit call on 4th and 1. No way in hell did he get it.
That sucked. What is replay for if you can't see that?!?
The Pats drive to mid-field and then gamble and go for a QB sneak on 4th and they get stuffed...CLEARLY. The refs give NE a gift...
Nonetheless, Brady throws another interception near the goal line - this one was deflected, and the half ends with the Colts up 17 - 14.
Although the Patriots are down, they are in a good position. The Colts will get the ball first in the 2nd half.
The Pats could help their cause by making a statement early in the 2nd. Conversely, if the Colts walk it in, then it may already be too late for the Brady Bunch...
First drive of the second half and the Colts make a few good plays, get the benefit of a generous ref call, and then Vinatieri misses a chip shot field goal (his first miss in 16 attempts this season).
A couple of punts, one from each side, and then the fireworks return.
Dillon fumbles, Colts go down and score off of a diving circus catch by Marvin Harrison (not Harrelson, he was the dude on Cheers and in Natural Born Killers).
seems like alot of the calls are going against the pats
some questionable calls by the refs imo
Suck it up and take it - I'm a Raiders fan, and I still remember that AFC Championship game a few years back when the Pats benefitted from a bad call that helped them to a Super Bowl win.
So, the Pats get a 49-yard field goal to pull it to 24-17, then recover the ensuing kick-off return around mid-field, only to miss a 37-yard field goal.
Brady has two dropped passes in the red zone - Pats must settle for a field goal...the score is 27-20, with about six minutes left.
Indy is not so good at taking time off the clock, so they may need one more score of any kind or a defensive stand to hold on and win this one...the odds are on their side.
Vinetari is a piece of shit. That's two missed field goals. The coach was a moron for relying on him and making the Colts run. He might have cost them the game.
Interception!!! Well it looks like just as I've predicted. Manning DIDNT choke in the big one, and has proven that he's better than Brady. I look for Indianapolis to win the Super Bowl this year and Peyton Manning to establish himself as the greatest QB of all time..
Manning and Harrison were the difference in this game. Brady couldn't take the pressure and threw some bad passes. Pats played pretty good defense but Manning stood in the pocket and made the passes when they needed them. Overall it was a pretty good game.
Tune in tomorrow to watch my Oakland Raiders upset another SuperBowl Team this season.

This was not the big one. It was big regular season game. Peyton is not known for choking in the regular season. He is known for choking in the playoffs. Why do you not get that? If he played like he does in the regular season in the playoffs, the Colts would have 3-4 straight superbowls rings. But he doesn't. He throws for 200 yards, 2 TDS, and 3 INTS in playoff games. If and when he finally does something in the playoffs he will get my respect. Until then, he will just be a very talented QB who consistenly folds to pressure when the Superbowl is only a game or two away.

when are you going to realize the only reason brady ever had great success was because of his defense? try having no defense at all like manning and being able to play the way he does.
i mean shit brad johnson and trent dilfer have won superbowls too. one thing they all had in common is they had great defenses just like brady.

Pats had no defense tonight. Their defense wasn't that great in 01. Turnovers are what cost them tonight.

Yup Pats had no defense tonight and he threw 4 INT's. Also in 01 they wouldn't have even made the Super Bowl had the refs not ROBBED the Raiders with the infamous "tuck rule". The number one most bullshit call of all time. Guess who fumbled on that infamous play? Brady...
The guy is a joke. Nothing more then game management QB like Brad Johnson, Trent Dilfer, Ben Roethlisberger, etc.. When all you have to do is sit back in the pocket and not fuck up it's pretty hard to lose. I have yet to see him march it down the field for a touchdown to win a big game. So where does everyone come off calling this guy a hero. The only hero the Pats ever had was there kicker Vinatieri.

The Raiders couldn't upset a cartful of collicky babies.

When is the last time Trent Dilfer, Brad Johnson, or Roethlisberger passed for 4000 yards in a season? Ummm....never? It is rediculous to even mention Brady in the same sentence with those guys. They were one hit wonders. Brady has led a DYNASTY. You have yet to see him march down the field to win a big game? LMFAO... Vinatieri didn't get himself into field goal position.
I'll tell you what... I bet there are a dozen teams in the league that would kill to have him and would take him in any trade with any terms in a heartbeat.
The Pats have been quietly kicking ass this year so far, it's no shame to lose one to the so-called "best team in the league". A couple of turnovers LESS and that game could have easily gone a different way.
