My operator wasn't the brightest, she had mistyped half of my info. But she DID give me a confirmation number.

ya - agreed - not so great - just did it myself and it took 20 minutes - he didnt get anything right the first time

I called at 9 am EST to join this morning for my company, and I specifically asked for a confirmation number but I was told just my name and zip code was confirmation enough. That annoys me that other people got a confirmation number and I didn't. And yes their phone connection was horrible.
