shok: i told people i was not getting involved but your company is hosting a picture of a minor on an adult related site without concent what so ever.. i contacted brad as well as yourself in regards to this to remove this image. (as you may remember our conversation) i am not jumping in here playing sides but i have taken the steps as of today to move forward if this is not delt with . I do not want to create drama here and simply remove the image of one of my family members.
That is all i am going to say but if this is not removed promptly (contacted you yesterday at 3:15 eastern time) if this image is not removed by the end of the working day (5pm eastern) i will be forced to contact the division of the texas AG that deals with that (that is criminal incase you think otherwise)
this is a very easy solution to be fixed and has nothing to do with your issues with my brother. We have no issues between us and i do not feel ther should be but this is creating one.

As for the law your not sounding like a dick what so ever. But the picture posted on the server was not posted by the person in trust of that child or the parents. Difference if you posted a picture of your child and me posting a picture of your child without your permission.
We have always gotten along and as i said this matter is not personal towards yourself but this is something that is as simple as connecting via ftp and removing the image.

I am heading off but will be following the matter that pertains to myself and my family (sister's image who is not of age on the adult board "jbm")
now from what i told brad does not have access to remove the image which is fair but his partner whom i have contacted as well in regards to this does and I just hope in good faith things are resolved.
