If I worked for them, I would quit. I can not believe that they took an offer to only protect the paying members. What about the non paying members??? You guys say, oh well they need to pay. But the sad thing is. that the DOJ will be sharpening their teeth on them, and then come after the paying peopel as well.

i just hope everyone who applied actually makes it on the list. they don't seem to have a very efficient system down there. too much margin for error IMO

I wish they actually manned the message board they have linked in the member's area. That would be a very useful tool right now.

Hey man, the biggest concern for many people is have you guys recorded their apps in the last week correctly? I have emailed neva a few after she told me too, and faxed several in also. You need to set up a way to verify for people. I for one am jsut going to refax every app without payment info so someone can check if they are members or not

The FSC has done some serious updating to the website; however, there is much more to do. We are business people who have tried to create a meaningful website with a small budget.

Truthfully, our real focus has been on hiring an executive director, hiring a person to represent our industry in Washington DC, building a quality staff, and dealing with legal issues as they have arisen.

We have also studied such diverse issues as Adult Industry Best Practices, STD protocols for prevention, RFID, Blue Ray V. Red Laser for DVDs, and more.

We, the Board Members, are not paid for our time or travel expenses. We live all over the nation and come together to try and solve problems for our industry. And, we listen to our members suggestions and appreciate everyones support. And, most importantly, we do it out of our respect for the ideal of "Freedom of Speech" for without free speech, there are no other rights.

Now that we have a significant web membership base as a result of 2257 concerns, look for more attention to be focused on the FSC website and our internet members' needs. Your input will guide FSC's direction. Thank you.

Since you guys are handling the legal end of things, I think you should just ask for some geek help in getting the tech side of things working for online apps. All of the billers have various gateway solutions and there are plenty of competent programmers around who should be willing to pitch in and help. I'll do what I can with the time I have available.
