    FSC please respond... - So what if we only submit galleries casually?

    Does the FSC still want $300 which would be like 1/10th of my annual income from my gallery submissions (i know i fucking suck or whatever, eat me). I guess my point is, this seems familiar just like the Acacia thing was when they came to me asking for $1,500 and I was like well thats like half of what I made off of this...

    Another question I have is like, does anyone find it a little disheartening that only certain people are protected? is that even legal? how can the department of justice only say "We arent going to go after THESE people because they pay you guys". What the hell is that about?

    What kind of crooked shit is that?

          Good fucking GOD learn to read. This question has been answered 100 times already.

          The agreement is between the FSC and the DOJ . If a law is changed or altered that will effect EVERYONE.


          If you are not a plaintiff in this case in the eyes of the law the TRO doesn't involve or concern you.

          Just because a battered wife gets a restraining order against her spouse, it doesn't mean he can visit the neighbors.......?? It means he can't go near his wife.

              you only make 3k /month from galleries?

              Shit back in 2000 I was doing like 5k gross or so , shit times must have changed :-(

                              I don't mean to sound elitist.. but if i was only pulling $3k a year out of the industry I wouldn't even be worried about paying the FSC.. I would switch off the computer get a part time job and never look back. These hassles aren't worth 3k a year.. and it's not going to get any better.. I'd at least start "investing" in mainstream or selling on ebay or something to replace the $50 a week. Don't risk jail for beer money.
