it rely's on a little htaccess trickery that you cant get using p2p so its not compatible unless the video is used wiht the embed function in a webpage not by itself.. ( you will notice it does work in ie if you go straight to the video but if you tried to save the video it would not be a wmv file any longer.. thus may not be as usefull for p2p , but there are other filetypes people may not be familiar with such as wax files that people might still like
you can even add your own drm type information for free
like logins , ilike an email box etc
