    Paintball Chicks [PICS]

    While we wait for the 2257 announcement, I thought I'd share my love of these female paintball players. As you may or may not know, PB is my passion and is a huge part of my life; just wish one of these lovely ladies was a part of it too!

                  Keely and Lisa are both at PSP Chicago right now but don't play till tomorrow. If you're in the Chicago area, head to the Bolingbrook Recreation and Aquatic Complex - the tournament runs through till Sunday and is free for spectators

                                  Hehehe - trust us to see a niche in everything (yeah even I do it too).

                                  Basically the big PB companies realized that 85% of players are male and aged between 12 and 35ish. What can be better for that demographic than hot girls who share their love of the sport?

                                                  If you've not played it, I highly reccomend trying it out. Be warned - you'll become addicted extremely quickly but if you stick with recball (sometimes called woodsball - what most people play) it's not too expensive.

                                                  Get into tourney paintball though and be prepared to spend a shit load of cash to get the gear needed to compete. When I first started playing, a pump-action marker was the height of sophistication and could fire maybe three balls a second.

                                                  My current setup peaks around 25 balls a second with the custom chip I have in it.

                                                                          I got out of PB right when AGD came out with their WarpDrive feed system and anti-chop eyes were still being developed. Can markers sustain 25bps now w/o chop from gravity feed alone?

                                                                                          Hoppers are now force-feed. They used a conical paddle to push the balls into a spring-loaded tensioned stack, giving feed rates of up to 35 bps. My DM4 can get up to 25 bps (around that) without a single break if I set it to that speed. Most of the time I leave it capped at 15 for the tournaments I play.

                                                                                                  Hot women, hot game. Gotta love paintball. I started playing damn near 20 years ago, when I was a little tyke and having a pump gun with a trigger you could just hold down was the SHIT! :-)

                                                                                                  I love paintball, but even these days...it's FUCKING EXPENSIVE!
                                                                                                  SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

                                                                                                      yeah no kidding. Xball match you're looking at shooting 30-40 cases of paint PER MATCH at $50ish a case.

                                                                                                      If you don't have a sponsorship, it's nuts. Even a simple local 5-man tourney (like the one last weekend) can cost upwards of $500 each without sponsorship.
