The grooves in the spirals should hold more cheese (more surafce area to cling to) than the smooth surface of the regular macaroni

      right?
      Your post count means nothing.

Let me guess, you think carbo's make people fat.

I love M&C. I eat it more times in one month than most people have in a year. Guess what? I'm not fat.

The best kind of mac-n-cheese is the home-made baked kind..nothing beats that shit. Potluck dinners are famous for having at least one dish of baked mac-n-cheese..mmmmmm.

The boxed sutff is good when you are in a hurry..I prefer the white cheese kind

So what you are saying is that you can't cook, LOL.

When I make macaroni and cheese, I use Tillamook extra sharp cheese, kielbassa susage and onions - thin slice then pan cook the sausage, saute the onions, grate the cheese, then prepare the macaroni. Put them all together in a casserole dish, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top. Bake. ENJOY!!!

My friends who taste it said they never thought that macaroni and cheese could taste so good.

                                    Bon appetit,

Boil macaroni and onion together for 8-10 minutes, drain and mix in all remaining ingredients, saving just enough cheese to sprinkle on top. Pour into 9x13 pan, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

It cooks most of the taste out and the whole thing is cheesy. I've made it with and without and you can't really tell the difference. I think it just looks nicer with the specks of red color in it, lol.
