I think that stereotyping men or women as ALL being one thing or another is as pointless and inaccurate as any other type of stereotype.
Sure, there are some women that are shallow, materialistic, manipulative, hollowed-out, gold digging succubi. But there are also intelligent, witty, beautiful, creative, honest, reliable, wonderful women who make a man better just by smiling at him.
Obviously, some of the men who have posted rants in here have been hurt, ignored, abused, rejected or all of the preceeding. They're scared and hurting. So they're reacting as their individual life lessons have taught them to react, they're lashing out. But there are women in here who are also reacting to negative experiences and posting from a position of fear and pain too.
Prostitution is usually a result of someone having few or no other options. However, it's increasingly becoming an informed choice by both men and women as a way to make great money and live the relaxed life on a successful entrepreneur. I applaud anybody who sees an opportunity, is comfortable with their choice and finds happiness and success in it, regardless of social judgement and other formalities.
To the men and women who see prostitutes, good for you. To those who choose prostitution as a profession, good for you. To those who would judge anyone for making a choice in their lives that doesn't affect you personally,
