this is nothing new, there are crackrats in alot of major drug centers. i remember hearing stories about the crackrats getting to be a big problem in vancouver. i hwas hearing stories about bums being viciously attacked for their drugs by packs of fiending crackrats...
incredibly funny stuff, but yes, sad at the same time...
