Just so you know you dont have to pay $300 to join - You can join FSC based on your sales volume - if your sales volume is $0-$99,999 you can join for $100. Whenever you get through ask for this option. This info I got straight from Michelle Freridge.

What i said was you can pay big bucks to get your own lawyer, or have the FSC on board with you....

We paid not alot of money to have Jeffery be our lawyer and he did not tell us that our door would be kicked in or we would get beat up etc...

i have spoken to some other program owners that have other lawyers that will remain un named, and its all about the "fear tactic" and that is not very nice at all.

Do they have a PayPal option since the online app. has been down for weeks, the phone's voicemail is full, and the fax number is probably still overloaded? It would take them just a few minutes to set it up and 90% of us have PP accounts we can send from.

I dialed and got a busy signal, but after about a dozen re-dials I finally got through.

The lines are really busy so they want people to fax the form-in, however I have no fax, so Carol took my info over the phone (thanks Carol).

last I heard Sid Grief was in charge of updating the FSC site. I did it for him for a few months and Kat Sunlove was very happy. unfortunately Sid and I had a parting of ways and I no longer update the Free Speech site. Maybe I should email her and get things moving again

Due to the large number of adult businesses that have waited to the last day to join FSC, all lines of communication with the national office are very, very busy.

I just spoke to Neva, the Free Speech Coalition's office manager. She told me that the fax line is constantly receiving faxes of memberships as fast as it can.

The office staff are taking phone calls as fast as they can.

And, the website, which is in transition to CCBill for membership processing, is not working as well as it should.

To make getting a membership easier, FSC is adding an additional phone number that will be staffed solely for taking memberships. This will be happening very soon and I will post the number on GFY as soon as it is available.

If you have trouble reaching the FSC office, please try again in a few minutes.

We will make every effort to accomodate everyone before the end of the day who wishes to join.
