Tom shwed a lot of class, he laughed at first, he kept smiling, he never raised his voice, or lost his temper. How many of us would have stayed so calm and collected?

Then he took charge of the situation, and made the jerk stay there to hear his (Tom's) opinion of his behavior, and and of the type of person the fake Interviewer is.

Frankly, he owned the guy as they led him away.
