How to stop an unborn baby from rolling around and pushing into your ribs?

My gf has been having one hell of a day... our baby has been way up high and doing full flips ever since noon. That's 8 hours straight. And he shows no signs of letting up.

He pushes himself up as high as he can and then squirms around. A little bit is cute and all but he has been at it all day.

    Any suggestions?

My son did that the last 3 months I was pregnant. I couldn't even sit upright most of the last month. Trust me, it will seem like a silly thing to complain about after she goes through labor and raising a child

Yeah, no doubt there.... but I'm just a concerned guy wanting to help his pregnant gf any way he can.... and right now, I'm powerless.

      I dunno what to do

Oh you can be sure he'll be punished for this at some point.... probably when he's a teenager and hanging out with friends. That's when his mom will pull the "do you know what I went through when you were swimming inside my stomach?" routine

Not really any thing anyone can do. A moving baby is a good thing

How far along is she? It sounds like he's turning to get more comfortable in utero. My son did that for about 14 hours until he settled head down.

4.5 weeks left... he's been head down for a while now. Or at least, should be but with all the flips he's been doing... who knows where his head is at this point.

Hang out by the microwave at your local 7-11. That'll quiet it down.
