I would assume this only covers FSC members, and no, I have not seen any kind of proof, this is still only a rumor.

LOL really? Because in court documents just YESTERDAY the DOJ is attempting to strike down the FSC's complaints VERY agressively.

None taken. We started out with a strong statement about vendors trying to feed off the fear of people. That's whay I priced mine the way it is and gave away close to 100 copies of it for free. I don't think raping the industry is the right thing to do, and I will always feel that way. We offer a low price solution and donate 40% (roughly) of our sales to the FSC, all to provide a solution on different fronts.
