Just have to comment here... 28 CFR 75.2 (e) specifically states:
(e) Records required to be maintained under this part shall be segregated from all other records, shall not contain any other records, and shall not be contained within any other records.
This means that the 2257 record keeping system you use cannot be integrated with any other database management application...
It is also the recommendation of several renowned attorneys who are intimately involved in the FSC court filing that your 2257 records management system be completely isolated from your network...Comment
