                                                                          One could argue that you didn't take proper steps to keep confidential information private and could leave you personally responsible for the data loss. It's kinda like walking into someones office and them leaving their client lists out on the table for everyone to see.

                                                                                                              what crime, i did not hack you, or anything of that matter. i would love to see this stand up in court. i was showing a vuln in your product which shouldnt be ignored. because i brought it to gregs attention in montreal that their was issues that should be looked at. but he ignored that. he you choose to ignore it over time. you could lose important date from someone destructive. i was showing you weak points so you could fix it.
