not menaing going to dinner with a close friend but... you know someone-hang once in a great while with other mutual friends, they ask you to dinner...
it's a fun night....
One says we are 'just having dinner'
the other one asks 'why wouldn't this be a date?'
so what is the difference between it being a dinner and a date? and should it be defined prior to going out to dinner? LOL
