Unless they are advocating and counselling others to commit real acts of violence and murder that is. Otherwise it's all just fantasy, and is as protected as content of a similar nature appearing in movies and on TV. And... there are a lot of movies with scenes of violence and murder against women out there. A lot.

                                                                                                          Now, some of you may disagree with me and not like my answer and that's fine. But the fact of the matter is, sites like that are currently legal in the US and protected under freedom of expression. The only legal point to stand on as far as taking them to task IS the stolen content issue as far as I can see.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  As juvenile as the captioning is, and as pitifully bad as the rest of it is from an aesthetic standpoint, I don't really believe it's even some guys fantasies. It's more of a juvenile cry for attention capitalizing on the shock value it gets from some people.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  Lord knows I fantasize about shooting some of you in the head with a tommy gun to shut your dumbasses up, but if I tried to make a site about it, I don't know that my design skills are any better than this fools.
