What I told you is that I have spoken with Natnet (in Phoenix and San Diego) about the service we are providing. They (Bill in SD) have stated that while they like and understand the idea, it is not a market they want to tap (much like our providers) as it is a PITA, and they want the high bandwidth users. SEO clients do not usually use much b/w.

I'm a baddog supporter... he's one of the smartest guys I know in this business or any other. He's extremely personable.. very well liked and very well disliked at the same time.
