Why not just do it in house? There is no secret sauce to SEO, unless you're looking for some black hat wizard to do smash and grab style SEO where you just cycle sites until you're caught, rinse and repeat.
Here is the secret SEO formula:
1) Build a good site with a low amount of errors and things that surfers don't like (broken shit).
2) Update it a lot with great content relevant to the keywords you're targeting.
3) Build a good back link profile.
That's all there is to it these days.

None of it is difficult. Where people fall down is it requires persistent effort.
85% isn't good enough. Sometimes isn't good enough.
Quality SEO work is something anyone can do... But most people aren't willing to put in the effort.
Hiring someone to put in that effort is one way to go.Comment

Most SEO is total BS today with it's basis at 2005. Everyone claims to be the Panda or Penguin messiah and that is total snake oil.
Your best bet is clean code, your ''message'' above the first fold and an easy to follow link structure. Yes, designing for the best user experience matters.

create niche blogs on your unused domains (you)
write 5 to 10 niche articles with links to your money sites using niche keywords (gfy user - vvvvv)
backlink the blogs using the same niche keywords as the anchors (hardlinks.org)
That is a good way to control the incoming anchor tags to your money sites.

You don't need one.
1. Build a site with no errors, with fast load times (CDN) and great content people will love.
2. Update daily.
3. Build links from mostly high traffic websites with a lot of links. Avoid site-wide links. Spread incoming links across different pages.
4. Utilize social networks.
5. Focus on users, and expect daily traffic growth.
