With all of the previous 2257 announcements and threads, I don?t think I need to go into great details or describe the new regulations and their affect on both programs and webmasters alike. Due to these new regulations, PMC will be adjusting our content policies and terms of service. We will NOT be releasing our model?s IDs to affiliates for hardcore content promotion. Therefore, effective EOD June 22, 2005, we will no longer provide or allow the usage of downloadable content that is construed as "Sexually Explicit". Use of any PMC sexually explicit content for the promotion of PMC sites will be prohibited. Affiliates need to replace any hardcore PMC promotions with softcore content no later than EOD June 22nd. This policy covers all of our affiliates, no matter their geographical location. This should not affect the majority of our affiliates, as most are currently using softcore content to promote us.

We are pulling all of our downloadable content sets and promotional material, which we will be replacing with updated softcore sets. We are also shooting brand new softcore content this week and next, specifically for download/promotional use. We will continue to offer hardcore content through our hosted galleries, and will be building additional templates and content for our custom hosted galleries. Additionally, while we will not be releasing model IDs for affiliate promotion, I may release my own ID for special projects/promotions, which will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
