my fone reception has gone to shit, it won't hot sync, it lags everytime i try to bring up my text messages, it won't connect to my email box anymore.

the list goes one. i am really starting to hate tis phone. but all i have been able to do is keep calling customer support and bitching. eventually i *may* possibly get a new phone from them.

but i think very soon i will be taking this back to the store for a new blackberry.
