Reading up here, I didn't know Danny retired, that kind of fills in a huge gap. Still a good buy for the brand though, lots can be done as long as doesn’t get overdone.
I think 7.7 for the Jenna brand and site is a good deal too, just don’t think she had anywhere close to 25k members.

Penthouse, DRM doesn’t improve retention, that’s a myth. You can take the same content, re-stamp it, open two different sites, update a new video/photo set a week, one with DRM and one without, they will retain the same. DRM just costs you more time, money, and headaches. If you plan on setting up PPM billing on videos then that’s a different story.
