I should have video taped the FSC & legal panels in Diego.....

Pure fucking comedy, if you ask me.

The FSC was a great panel and answered a lot of my questions. There were 3 very well qualified attorneys on that panel and one not so well qualified attorney.

The not so qualified guy stepped out of turn, grabbed the mic from one of the others, started answering a question, THEN said that the other guys could answer the question better and handed the mic back.

WTF was that all about? What kind of idiot grabs the fucking mic out of turn and tries to run with the big dogs only to end up bowing out like a little bitch?

Moving on......

The same attorney was then asked a direct question and he AGAIN passed the buck to the other attorneys. After that, he pretty much just sat there while the 3 qualified guys fielded and correctly answered the rest of the questions.

Oh....And don't even get me started on the legal seminar shit. WTF kind of attorney tells a room full of people that the new 2257 regs REQUIRE you to obtain and pass along a models address, phone number, and Social Security Number? Oh, here's some news for you....According to the mystery idiot, If you...as an affiliate.....link to a FHG in any way....You are now a PRIMARY producer and responsible for all 2257 requirements.

This poor bastard embarrassed himself in a big way....And if he doesn't realise it then he's even dumber than he looked on the various panels.

Fucking tool....Anybody care to guess who I am referring to?

If it's not the lawyers themselves, it's the one guy in the audience scribbling vigorously and the people that walk out of the room with the "Deer in the headlights" look.

However, I thought the question confused him as well. It is not that unusual for attorneys to start getting confused with some of this stuff.

I attended a seminar with JD in Santa Monica, and when I started discussing GEO-IP his response made it painfully clear that he did not understand, although he would not admit it until the next morning in the hotel lobby when he was checking out.

I too thought it was sad that an Attorney that is marketing himself as an expert in the Adult Online field, had NO FUCKING CLUE what a hosted gallery was.

This is a key issue people.

Hosted Galleries are affiliates best friend with this new 2257 nonsense.
