I can just imagine what it would be like in the mainstream world if every time a company paid for an advertising campaign that was unsuccessful, they'd go back to the media and demand a refund. I do believe any media resource worth their mettle would laugh in your face, tell you to pay for a better marketing consultant.

Too bad people in adult don't understand the concept of marketing for the most part.

You may be right. But did you read the original post? His issue isn't that he thinks he should get a refund and Greg won't give him one... it is that Greg agreed to give him a refund and then didn't send it.

And where is the textlink you bought? These aren't galleries moron. Now he's selling the site, needs money, so I don't think the OP will be getting his refund. I never bothered asking for one because I knew the dick wouldn't give me one. I've only had 3 transactions in my life with the site and he has ripped me off on all 3 of them. And each time he gives some lame excuse. I could go into more detail on the excuses he offered this time and the way he tried sending traffic when I complained but what's the point? Suffice it to say even when he switched my link to a blind link in the daily listings (which is not what I bought) to increase traffic it still only received about 100 hits/day. The guy was obviously desperate, he needed money, so he decided to use his reputation to rip off webmasters. This has nothing to do with trial and error, marketing campaign, etc.

I would say that if you pay for an ad spot and try to pull out after 2 weeks, tough cookies!.. Thats why people take money up front because too many people sling the BS before they buy something. Nothing against you and I would be on your side if you said you wanted a refund within 3 days.. but after 2 weeks forget it.
