softcore in the terms of the bank = single girl sites, hentai/toon, lesbian action, toy insertion, bj ok but the 'fu*k her throat till she pukes type hardcore' or 'extreme' sites are not included

*revision: I've managed to work hardcore into the deal but not 'extreme' sites

For 'extreme' I can USUALLY place at about 7-9.5% depending on volume, time in business and past trans history

Normally it would mean both but I've gotten the contract extended to include hardcore so its pretty much open to all adult except 'extreme'

Is it boh mastercard/visa and is the processing rate the same for both cards?

Well thats an interesting question, most consider offshore to mean anything outside of the US.
To be more specific to what you want to know, the banks (there are two) that I have this deal with are .. an EU bank and an Asian bank.

Yes it is for both V/MC and in this instance yes, both are the same processing rate.
I do have other options where they differentiate the rates per card type.

What is the monthly processinglimit?

The EU bank has no minimums (will take startups) but would like the vendor to limit their volume to under 200k for the first 60 days, after that you can increase to no limits.
The Asian bank will not take startups so their minimum is 25k with no max cap limits.

Z,

The EU bank is contracted with a US gateway of their own. The gateway works one-on-one with the vendor to integrate any of his needs including affiliate software.

The asian bank has their own gateway (US based also) that works one-on-one with the vendor on integration, cb and fraud control issues BUT they will allow you to use another gateway if you so choose.

either of these options allow for the use of Netbillings' excellent customer call center services
