    What is included in a "work out"?

    Everyone is looking forward to seeing the twins. Oh, and you too.
    Actually, I'll be seeing double by then so it will be great to see all six of you.

        Well last night I pushed 230 on the leg press for three sets ~ 25, 12 and 12... and some leg extensions, calves, and cardio too.
