If the pinstripes are on a newer car, you can usually heat it up with a hair dryer and they pull off pretty easy in one piece (work slowly!). If the car is older it may be more difficult. After the pinstripes are off use 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner to remove any sticky residue, it works great and WON'T damage the paint!Originally posted by nofx

use a heat to peel back the remaining pin stripes and use vegetable oil to remove the sticky residue. the veggi oil is safe on the paint and washes off with no problems.

hairdryer + goo gone worked
gotta heat up the pinstripes and then slowly peel them off then use the goo gone and scrub hard to get the residue off.
it took me like 2 fucking hours!
it looks oh so much better now
