I have looked around and I can't seem to find anyone that shows to be compliant yet.. Online record wise. Anyone happen to be ready with this crap yet?
Is anyone compliant?

I'm just trying to find someone I can check out, make sure I'm kinda going in the right direction with our online records.
But.. I can't find anyone that appears to be ready yet. Just a lot of people saying they are.

i wouldn't rely on others. i mean, the largest sponsors (who can afford the top legal advice) can't even agree on how to comply.Originally posted by TheDocI'm just trying to find someone I can check out, make sure I'm kinda going in the right direction with our online records.

you don't have to put the model's ID on your site. you have to put YOUR address on your site and have the records ready for inspection.Originally posted by ULVideoI can't imagine anyone is going to risk putting up all of their model's home addresses, etc. and risk the consequences of that action before there's some further vetting of the procedural req's of the new 2257.Comment

You don't have to put the models home address online. The only address that goes online is the producers which everyone should have had online already.Originally posted by ULVideoI can't imagine anyone is going to risk putting up all of their model's home addresses, etc. and risk the consequences of that action before there's some further vetting of the procedural req's of the new 2257.

But you have to get them to the "secondary producers", which is mostly likely going to occur online*. I don't think the strategy of "call us when the agents are there" is actually in keeping with the letter of the law.
* I didn't mean that they needed to be accessible to the public at large. But as everyone is affraid, it's too easy to become an affiliate and thus become entitled to them as a secondary producer.Comment
