I don't think Steve has a led to stand on. The name is not even trademarked yet, he only just applied for it last week. Actually it may even look like he is the one trying to do the squatting, since people owned the related domains before he even applied for the trademark. In any case his foolish "marketting" plan didn't work IMO.
