Our Lawyers have been contacted And we are in our right. Garykreman sumed it up right (waste your own time looking for the post).
WE have been successful in our bussiness and will continue to be. THe fact that we use many diffeerent Designer has no bearing on our ability to deliver what the client wants. WE use this to our advantage. A) we can handle more clients B) having this many designers on staff allow our clients piece of mind that they're work order is getting the attention it desirves. C) deadlines are met. (sure it happens that they aren't once in awhile, But we still have a great track record)
As for these Young "keyboard maniacs", steps are being taken .. All boards and threads have been recorded. And we are now in talks to decide whether or not steps will be taken to validate the last few days...
I'd like to thank all our clients for having stuck with us in the last few days. I'd also like to thank our friends that have showed themselves to us during these proceedings. And Finally I'd like to thank Fletch, Amp and they're crownies For the great job they did in showing they're real colors ( I never knew Yellow came in so many shades)

Rather than involve even more parties unnecessarily in this, I've talked with Vegas and convinced him to buy a different design from some stock I have here. Wasn't tough to do, he's getting a much better site. Which means, you won't be hearing anything more from Vegas, and I still own that site.
Now, whatever you think you've
got and whatever you think your lawyers have convinced you of, the fact remains that I did create that site, I do have the source to back it up, and you have no agreement with me. And in the end, that's all that really matters. Whatever kind of a spin you choose to put on it doesn't change any of those things. I hope your lawyer is smart enough to have advised you on this. I have no intention of wasting my time in legal proceedings with you or Hungry over that one shitty design. It's not worth the effort or expense. So I guess what I'm saying is, do what you want. You will anyway.
As far as the rest of these people's claims about you guys not paying your designers and whatnot, that's your own private mess and I have nothing to do with it. Only comment I'd make on that stuff is it sure seems like you don't much care.

I was wrong in saying Hungry owed me any money. I've already said that. The spirit of that was meant to be that if Hungry would like to pay for the design he's using,
then he would owe me some change for it.... not that he had previously owed me or anything. The circumstances that led to his use of the site had come to an end, and because of that, he was left sitting without an agreement to use that site. If he has one from me, I'd love to see it. So, yes... I worded poorly and created some unnecessary confusion about all of this, but the intent of my words were not as they seemed.
