If Steve really wants to grab the cybersquatters by the shorties, he will bypass WIPO and go straight to Federal court.
Sue for ACPA statutory damages of $100,000 and legal fees. And get the infringers to disgorge profits.
Sure, the cost is a little more. Do you think Steve has the cash to turn up the heat like this? What do you think?
