Can anyone design me a custom wordpress template that can carry over the coding that's needed on a NATS tour on all the wordpress links? Is that even possible?

I want to turn a wordpress blog into a paysite tour. I want it custom built so that it doesn't look like a blog, but puts the updates up like a blog and does the ping... catagories will be models 100x100 face pics that go to their sample pages. Will want it at a set 760 wide. Graphic bars between updates. I've got header and bar demensions, so I can easily change out colors later. I don't think there is one... but I haven't personally tried to push a nats code thru the wordpress template links... they look pretty weird in the CSS (with my limited knowledge). I just don't want to design it myself or have the time to modify one of the templates to my desires. Who's gonna help me put the NATS codes in the Wordpress links so my affiliates all get credit throughout the site... and make the catagories on the side not be text, but be the 100x100 thumbs?
