2257 and dating/swinger sites

    2257 and dating/swinger sites

    Im sure this has been asked but I couldnt find anything relating directly to swinger sites. Are they at all exempt? Or they considered secondary producers? Those sites are packed ass to mouth with hardcore images.

    I've looked at several large dating type sites and have yet to hear a 2257 announcement or even an updated 2257 page. What gives?

          and for a not so smart ass reply... if your site is automated and has no realistic control over the images submitted, you should be fine. it seems if you review the images, you might need the docs. better consult a lawyer.

                      That would be great, but makes me wonder a bit becuse anyone can automate uploads/additions to their sites. Then we can all be safe as we have "No control" over it.
