    i just caught a CP site whats can i do?

    where do i send this site and whats can i do about this issue?
    i was searching some torrent on google and i have been redirected to this site!

                  while it may be wrong and just as bad, it isn't technically CP

                              # Child nudity does not always equal child pornography. The determining factor with child pornography is not whether the child is nude, partially nude, or fully clothed. The determining factor is what the child is doing and/or having done to him/her is.

                                          IMO, any time you have a child featured on a website in a sexual manner that exploits that child, whether it is clothed or not, it is CP...plain and simple
