Give them call, instead of going to GFY to find resolve. I find Epassporte support to be helpful, friendly and quick to respond.

wow one person hasnt had a problem whoopee heh not a very great business model'.. i guess its only fair we hear a few good threads amongst the hordes of shitty ones.. although fake drama threads always put me off a bit.. you could have served the same purpose by just stating that you liked epassporte in the title, no harm in that.. by stating it like you did its almost as if you think everything is working smoothly if your not having problems yet.. that would be an awfully narrow perspective to judge how well a company is doing.. you know the old saying about what the farmer said when his cow died .. " thats the first time she has done that"
Dont get me wrong i love epassporte and overall im fairly happy with the service.. That doesn't mean i cant sympathize when i see someone with a problem and i certainly wouldnt presume everyone is wrong simply because i'm not having an identical problem.hatisblack at yahoo.comComment

Still, when someone comes ranting on the boards (unless you know them very well) you can't be sure you're getting the WHOLE story. In a way, ePassporte is defenseless against such attacks because they HAVE to keep the clients' information confidential, whether the person is lying or not.
If they accuse anyone of fraudulent transactions, they do it privately; they don't bring it to the boards.Comment
