For a nice 3 bed flat in London, in a great area dont expect much change from $5-$7k a month.
As far as areas go, in the south you've got Chelsea, which is a nice place to live, up in north london you may get a place a bit cheaper chalk farm is nice, or little venice, which is close to everything.Comment
