I know your rules(and ccbill) are very strict. And thank you for that...
However, how is it possible VISA did approve this site? I always thought..
I add a site at a biller(ccbill, epoch, merchant account whatever) biller does look at it, and send it to 'some visa/mastercard guy'
And he/she says yes/no....
And every X time they look over the site(s) again...Am I wrong?
