There are a lot of companies that run sites like this. Long Dong Dollars has Sleep Invasion which is hosted in the US. Rage Cash with Sleep Assault. Radical Cash has Night Invasion. And Sleeping Tushy which is CCBill approved. I know a few of these companies are US based.

Would be interested to see if anyone had a definitive answer on this for US affiliates.
