    HELP@#$ mac with the latest version of windows player wont

    Hi I have a member that has a mac and the newest version of windows media he is saying he can not play the wmv videos, Do you know the work around or what to do to fix this?

          Windows media player plays everything fine for me. Maybe give a link and I can test it?

              Check which OS he is using. If I recall correctly, the newest version of Windows Media Player no longer works with OS 9 (Classic).

                  Yep.. I get this email to support from our Mac surfers often. Something in the newer Macs don't like one of the video or audio codecs. We're still trying to troubleshoot to see which settings don't work on the Mac.
