I signed up for bighip.com but I can't find a way to import my existing subscribers. I e-mailed them twice, on the 14th and the 19th, but still no reply.. :-(

Bighip doesn't allow import .. part of the deal for whitelisting with aol/yahoo/msn etc..

Not sure why they don't reply to you ;;-

That sucks.. How else am I gonna migrate my existing subscribers to my bighip.com list... I guess I won't be using bighip then :-(

But I just noticed that it was posted in april. Things could have changed..

I'm testing my bighip account now. I subscribed to my own list, have tried to send out a campaign twice, my e-mail address is verified and on the list, the campaigns were sent 'succesfully' but to 0 e-mail adresses (I can see that in the control panel of the campaign in my bighip account). But it doesn't say why it was sent to 0 e-mail addresses.. So I never received my test e-mails and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Any thoughts? Live help is not available right now.

Why don't you use their live help to contact them? I don't think there is another option to contact them, is there?

Bighip is crap they still owe me money they said they would send by email and via telephone but never have and never will.
