i like getting paid $60 for free (carded) signups ;-p
Have you ever tried a good revshare cam program and compared results? Im sure $60 per join is great "up front" money but I would think that there is more money to make with rev? $3-$5 a minute adds up fast one would think.
true. with most mainstream stuff, i have "% over the cpa" deals. if my % is higher than the cpa they paid before, then i get paid the difference too ;-p..

You are asking the right questions.
I used to use iFriends back in 1999-2002 and then switched up to CamSense. No one speaks much of them and they honestly have paid me the most money of all the cam sponsors. Most of the ones that post on GFY are outright thieves. I have tried them all...

CamSense does well, certainly. Just wish they'd bump their base percentage a bit - 10% is the lowest among cam programs.
As for what I'd like to see cam programs offer ... more niches. Some programs have a lot categories and even niche, branded sites. But for live banners/iframes, etc. I'd like to get really specific (though I'm not in the majority I'm sure).
A few programs barely separate online hosts which makes it more difficult for surfers and to promote.

CamSense also has great White Label offer, check it out here http://www.ccnetwork.com/index.html The percentage is much higher + you can have your own webcam site for FREE
Woo! How come people are talking about CamSense? That doesn't happen too ofteh, eh?
They're OK. And I agree to Kevsh - base percent SHOULD be bumped up. Any chance for that, CamMaster? ;)

We have already bumped it up to 40% and 15% on all sub-affiliates
A thing you may want to consider when you've rolled out your live site (not sure if you have yet or not) is customer support - 24/7 tech support goes a long way when you are dealing with live chat, since there are so many variables associated with it. Also, adding some of the new features that standard paysites have started to implement, to get even more customer-interaction, is key (i.e.: voting for models, model schedules, forums, etc).
