I agree with you, but that happens all the time, not just in hollywood. I have male friends that go to church just because their girlfriends are religious and vice versa. People get married under the veneer that they hold the same religious beliefs when usually one partner doesn't give a rat's ass about those particular beliefs. Pretty sad.

For those who don't know most celebs join Scientology so they don't have to pay taxes.
Just another loop hole. For instance John Travolta gives all his planes etc. to Scientology and he doesn't pay taxes on them but he still owns them. you can do this with just about anything.
