Biz thread: 2257 responsibilities of a forum

Does anyone know the 2257 responsibilities of a forum? Using GFY as an example, I know that they don't host the images/videos that people post on here but they do host the banners and creatives used in advertising/skins...Does anyone know what a forum's responsibilities are regarding these posts/banners?

I am fairly sure the forum falls under the ISP type clause. Individual users are responsible for what is posted.

At least that is my thoughts.

i'm pretty sure it comes down to the way the posts are approved...if they have to be approved manually then the 2257 applies, thus banners should fall under that but not normal posts..

This makes sense but do you have any type of official link stating this claim?
