paying child support should never be an issue assuming the cash is being spent on the child/children. After all, if you brought them in to the world you should support them.

Alimony is bullshit IMHO. Unless your wife stayed home looking after your kids and gave up a career, not a dime should be paid.

are you kiddin? i was glad to get rid of the ex . . I spoke with daughter EVERY day on the phone and saw her several times a week . . no problems at all . . (btw the new husband provided a home, dog with yard and all that stuff)

i think he means if some dude is leeching off of that money that should go towards your daughter.
